The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for updating our Respectful Workplace Policy & Program (the “Program”).
The Municipality is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace. To support this commitment, we are seeking a qualified consultant to lead our Respect Re-imagined Initiative (the “Initiative”). This initiative aims to ensure alignment with current strategic objectives, organizational values, legislative requirements, and best practices including integrating trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
