The Public Utilities Commission for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for a Civil Engineering Consulting firm to provide accurate, timely and financially responsible consulting engineering services associated with a 3.65 km long watermain extension on Doyle Line, Creek Road and Maynard Line, in the Community of Harwich.
