The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for a qualified engineering consulting firms to deliver accurate, timely, and fiscally responsible engineering services for the design and expansion of the Rivard Pumping Scheme in the Township of Dover. The scope of work encompasses all engineering activities associated with the stormwater pumping system, including—but not limited to—the design and construction oversight of the pump house, pump chambers, electrical and control systems, discharge piping, trash gate, trash conveyor system, and mechanical pumping equipment. The selected consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all components are designed to meet municipal standards, operational requirements, and long term asset performance objectives.
