The Public Utilities Commission for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for the consulting engineering services for the design/build contract for a modular SCADA office building adjacent to the Filter Building at the Chatham Water Treatment Plant.
Respondents are invited to provide a proposal identifying expression of interest, qualifications, relevant related experience, company methodology, corporate philosophy and cost to successfully complete work associated with this project.
