This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation The Municipality of Chatham-Kent (the “Owner”) to qualified contractors for the construction of building renovations at the Park Avenue Business Center (PABC) (the “Work”) at 25 Creek Road, Chatham, Ontario. The  PABC will include renovating an existing office building and commercial works spaces spanning two (2) floors into a multi-functional facility that will house newly renovated office spaces for numerous departments including the Building Department, Infrastructure and Engineering, and Parks, Recreations and Facilities, with private offices, meeting rooms, etc. Additional details of the project scope are included in the RFP Documents.
