The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for qualified Respondents to submit Responses to be placed on a Roster for Professional Services for the work described herein in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. The Roster will provide a pool of registered Successful Respondents for assignments up to a value of $150,000.00 (including HST) in accordance with Purchasing By-Law No. 205-2023. Any companies who wish to be considered for assignments for the areas of work described within this RFP under $150,000.00 must submit Responses to be considered for this Roster. This RFP is an interim intake for select categories and any vendors that are already on the Chatham-Kent Professional Service Roster will not need to submit a proposal. The roster categories included in this interim intake are: Category 6 - Geotechnical Investigation and Inspection Services Category 8 - Topographic and Professional Land Survey Services Category 9 - Street Lighting, Exterior Lighting, Traffic Signals and Electrical Engineering Services Category 12 - Solid Waste Management Category 14 - Architectural Services |
