The project involves the provision of labour, vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the preventative, emergency, and planned maintenance of all traffic signal devices within the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, including more than 66 traffic control signals, 18 pedestrian signals, 12 pedestrian crossovers (PXOs), 14 overhead beacons, and 23 stop or warning sign beacons (including solar-powered). Additionally, the contractor is responsible for responding to locate requests related to this infrastructure, including both standard and emergency locates, ensuring the safety and proper functioning of all traffic signal devices.
