The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for a time-bound, implementable review of potential enhancements to its encampment policy and transitional housing operations at Pathways on Park that improves health, safety, and housing outcomes and reduces unmanaged risk and costs. The successful proponent will produce (a) specific policy and operational change recommendations, (b) a costed implementation roadmap, and (c) a measurement plan with baseline KPIs suitable for ongoing monitoring at a cost not to exceed $55,000 (inclusive of HST and any municipal tax rebates).
