The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for qualified organizations to deliver safe, welcoming, low-barrier winter warming and/or day programming services for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. These services would be available for the period spanning December 1, 2026 through March 31, 2028, with two optional one-year renewals, per terms of agreement. |
