The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for design, tendering, and contract administration services for the conversion of an existing long-term care facility into a supportive housing complex.The assignment will prioritize value engineering, lifecycle cost efficiency, and the effective reuse of existing infrastructure to optimize capital and long-term operating costs. The scope of work includes concept design, detailed design, and construction phase support for a multi-residential supportive housing development, along with associated landscape improvements, located on an irregularly shaped 3.02- acres parcel at 110 Sandys Street, Chatham-Kent, Ontario
