This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation The Municipality of Chatham-Kent (the “Owner”) to qualified contractors for the construction of a new Chatham-Kent Community Hub (the “Work”) at 130 King Street, Chatham, Ontario. The Chatham-Kent Community Hub will include renovating and expanding a former retail space into a multi-functional facility that will house new public spaces including the Chatham Branch Library, the Chatham Museum, as well as Municipal Customer Service, Service Ontario, City Hall Council Chambers, and private offices, meeting rooms, etc. Additional details of the project scope are included in the RFP Documents.
