The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for qualified Respondents to submit Responses to be placed on a roster of service providers for the work described in the RFP documents. The purpose of this roster is to establish a list of Service Providers capable of providing various types of work in response to the categories/scope areas identified herein this RFP.

The Roster will provide a pool of registered Respondents for assignments up to a value of $100,000.00 (including HST) in accordance with Purchasing By-Law No. 205-2023. Any companies who wish to be considered for assignments for the areas of work described within this RFP under $100,000.00 must submit Responses to be considered. When the need for work is identified, the Municipality will select Respondents in accordance with the process laid out in this document.
