The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for the procurement of consulting engineering services associated with the development of at least 70 units affordable housing on an approximately 1.72ha site on Westcourt Boulevard in the Community of Wallaceburg. The Municipality intends to develop a multigenerational housing complex on this site that will include 68% single bedroom units and 32% multi-bed units. The respondent will provide deliverables in 2 phases:


Phase 1: Site Feasibility Study
Phase 2: Preliminary design and project costing
