The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for consulting engineering services associated with the 2026-27 Stormwater Management Facility Remediation Program which will include preliminary assessment and investigation, detailed design, preparation of tender documents, and contract administration and construction inspection services to facilitate the required remediation works. The Stormwater Management (SWM) Facilities included in the 2026-27 Program consist of; RAL-01 Bloomfield Business - Wet Pond - South of Seventh Line in the township of Raleigh, CHA-01 Bloomfield Heights - Shallow Wet Pond - Southeast of Bloomfield Road and Park Ave West Intersection in the community of Chatham, CHA-02 Carolinian – Dry Cell Pond – East of Carolinian Place and south of the intersection of McNaughton Avenue East and Given Road in the Community of Chatham, and CHA-04 Landings Pass – Shallow Wet Pond – West of Landings Passage and south of Schooner Cresent in the Community of Chatham.
