The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for our Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider.
The organization is committed to fostering a culture of wellbeing and psychological safety across the workforce. As part of this commitment, it is actively seeking proposals from qualified EFAP providers to ensure employees and their families have access to comprehensive, confidential, and accessible support services.
The Municipality employs approximately 2,163 employees (excluding members of the Police Services) and Volunteer Firefighters.
The EFAP program is scheduled to launch on August 1, 2026, with preliminary project activities commencing on May, 2026.
