This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Consulting Services for T-bar Ceiling Upgrade and Lighting Retrofit at Social Assistance and Employment Opportunities (SAEO) Building , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).


The main project objective is to improve energy efficiency and reduce operations & maintenance costs for lighting at Peer Street SAEO, and we as upgrade the T-bar ceiling to a standard tile size.


This RFQ is being issued to the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-163 specifically Category 3.
