The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for qualified Respondents to submit responses to be placed on a roster of service providers for work described in the RFP documents. The purpose of this roster is to provide arena refrigeration services at various locations in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. The roster will comprise of a list of registered Respondents for various arena refrigeration plant projects. When the need to have work performed is identified, the Municipality will select Respondents for work in accordance of documents listed in this RFP. The Roster list established under this process shall be in place for one year with the Municipalities option to extend for an additional two years. Respondents must be prepared to hold their prices for the term. The maximum value of work for any project assigned to the Respondent under the Roster List is $100,000, as established by the Municipality's Purchasing By-law. As a result, any companies who wish to be considered for projects including the types of work listed in this RFP under $100,000, should submit a response. |
