The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for an Arena Feasibility Assessment. The Municipality of Chatham-Kent has completed and adopted the Parks and Recreation Master Plan 2025 (PRMP 2025), which recommends the divestiture of Chatham Memorial Arena and Erickson Arena and the development of a new multi-use recreation centre in Chatham incorporating two ice pads, with potential for future expansion. This assignment is intended to advance that direction to a decision-ready feasibility level and not to reopen the strategic need determination already completed through the PRMP 2025.
