The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for an experienced and qualified consultant to conduct detailed and non-destructive building and property condition assessments of select Municipality of Chatham-Kent buildings, including a comprehensive facility condition assessment and capital renewal analysis to understand the physical condition and life expectancy of our building asset portfolio
