The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for an electronic agenda, meeting and workflow management software which will satisfy the Municipality’s requirements: • Efficiently create Council Meeting agendas, minutes and reports. • Optimize an electronic workflow for routing, reviewing and approving agenda items / staff reports. • Eliminate the need to print, sign and scan reports by using secure digital signatures. • General electronic agenda packages for distribution and publication to the internet, reducing the need for paper based agenda packages. |
