The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for Workforce Week Video Production. 

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent’s Employment and Social Services (ESS) division is inviting proposals for a video series to capture Workforce Week activities held between February 24, 2025 and March 5, 2025 to achieve the following: 

•         Capture the Workforce Week presented by CKJobs activities to showcase programming and community impact.

•         Showcase career opportunities available to both student and adult job seekers.

•         Increase program intakes and brand awareness of the CKJobs employment program.

•         Increase talent attraction for local in demand careers.

What are our goals for the videos? 

•         Increase awareness of the CKJobs program for jobseekers, newcomers and employers in local markets through video promotion.

•         Attract and retain residents using aspirational video. 

•         Promote careers in Chatham-Kent – Manufacturing, Agriculture, Skilled Trade, Healthcare, and Professional/Retail.

•         Attract applicants to fill existing job vacancies and to support future-proofing the local workforce to build talent pipelines. 

•         Engage students and jobseekers through video storytelling at a Career Expo & Job Fair event. 

•         Capture the initiatives of the week’s events through video and still imagery to be used for future promotional endeavors.
